Following are some key points to make a good resume:

What should be the qualification for Campus Hiring :

For Campus Hiring, 10th, 12th, ITI, Diploma, BE, B.Tech & Any Graduate should be any of these. The company sends a notification to the college before the campus placement. In which she puts all the details that what should be the qualification, experience, how much salary you will get, job location etc.

How much salary is received through Campus Recruitment :

Salary is offered to the students according to their qualification and according to the rules of the company, after the selection through Campus Hiring. Still, most of the salary is given by Campus Recruitment up to 10,000 – 25,000 (any company can be more than this).

Campus Recruitment is done by which company :

In today’s time, now almost all small or big private companies fill their vacant posts through Campus Recruitment only. Many famous companies like Maruti Suzuki, JCB India, TATA Group, Hero Motocorp, Honda, Mahindra, Adani Group, Samsung, Lava Mobile etc. All these companies do free recruitment for vacancies like Apprentice, Trainee Operator, Technician, Field Assistant, etc.

When you can participate in Campus Recruitment :

When the student is studying during the last year or last semester of the college, then the student can participate in the campus Hiring in his own educational institution. Or even when the student has completed his ITI, Diploma course, he can participate in Campus Recruitment organized in any college.

What is On/Off Campus Placement?

Now many companies organize On Campus Placement or Off Campus Placement to fill the vacant posts of their company and to appoint the right candidates in them. Under On Campus Placement, companies visit various colleges. And in colleges itself, interviews are taken by the company HR and jobs are offered to eligible students. So if you are currently doing ITI or Diploma, you can participate in placement drives.

Under Off Campus Placement i.e. Walk In Interview, companies call eligible students for interview to fill their vacant posts in their company’s campus itself. And they are interviewed in the company itself and they are given the same job.

What is the Selection Process in Campus Recruitment :

Through Campus Recruitment, students have to go through some process to get selected. The selection process of all companies may be different, but the selection process of almost all companies is the same, which are as follows:

Jobs in Campus Recruitment are Permanent or Temporary :

Jobs in Campus Hiring are different for all companies. Some companies recruit for the post of Apprentice which is only for one year and some companies recruit for permanent jobs. And some companies recruit on contract basis. But most of the companies recruit for permanent jobs only.
